Propeller Ads Media is a new advertising network for both publishers and advertisers. Its claimed to be a best cpm ad network. They started their journey from june 2012 still behind journey. They don't have good pay rate for the asian visitors. Usually the cpm rate can be seen in between 0.10-0.30 for unique impressions. Even worst for the asian traffic. Its in improving stage so big publishers don't want to be part of this ad network.
Propeller Ad Network doesn't has much requirement, just your site must be a quality website. Propeller gives credit to the publishers which have mostly us and uk traffic. Otherwise you will suffer from the cpm rates. Of course, fill rate is 100%. Advertisers r mostly low-high qualities. Sometime they denied some sites becoz of quality assurance.

propellerads.com scammed me and did not pay a penny from 3 months now on 6 websites and after that they appear a notice that my account has been suspended and i have to contact my account manager ... thanks god i have another company ads on the same websites and the another company paid me every month i think i will only use any company but not propeller-ads and here is the proof of their scam
